The success of any project manager is closely tied to the strength of their executive sponsor(s). Yet, it is understood that not all leaders are seasoned in their role as sponsor. The ability to build a coalition of support, being actively engaged, managing resistance and communicating authentically are key skills that all sponsors must have for a project to be successful. Dannielle P. Hawk, M.S.
Dannielle Hawk is a leadership coach and change strategist. She partners with clients to help them develop their leadership talent. Dannielle has coached director-level and above leaders as well as front-line managers. She has also designed and delivered a variety of leadership development experiences for private sector and non-profit clients.

Dannielle has almost 20 years of professional experience, which includes 10 years of coaching senior leaders. She started her professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area with Gap, Incorporated where she served as the program manager of a global leadership development program. Dannielle spent 8 years supporting human capital transformation projects as a consultant with IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton. While at IBM, Dannielle served as an internal leadership coach for employees in the Sales & Marketing organization.

Dannielle was most recently an internal consultant with Marriott International where she provided organization redesign expertise and created change management strategies.
