This presentation will provide a process overview and examples of effective and leading methods for Benefits Realization Management. Critical insight for every Project and Program Manager. We will review the Value Creation framework of Portfolios, Programs and Projects – and discuss effective practices for Benefits Analysis, Management and Reporting. We will review Benefits Realization in context of Delivery Road-Maps and discuss related principles of Benefit Transition and Sustainment. Finally, we will discuss a couple of the most prevalent risks and pitfalls in Benefits Realization Management.

Morten has been in IT and global Telecommunications his entire career and worked with some of the largest Communication Service Providers on both sides of the Atlantic. He has led global and transformational Programs through implementation and growth for Fortune 500 Enterprise Clients. Morten serves on PMI’s Advisory Group for Organizational Project Management Products, and he is PfMP, PgMP, PMP and ITIL OSA Certified. Morten has spoken at global PMI’s PMO Symposiums and given REP Training on topics of Program Management methods, PMO models and talent management.
